Secondly, you must gain Interest by identifying readers’ needs and explaining the benefits of your product or service. Thirdly, you must gain Credibility by using ‘proof points’ such as case studies, testimonials, industry comment, facts and figures. When you’ve done all that, you must generate Desire for your product or service and compel the reader to respond with a strong Call to Action.
